The Trenton Regional Information Center is open to the public by appointment only.

Visitors must wear a face covering and follow social distancing guidelines.

  • To make an appointment, please call (609) 943-4093
  • Appointment times are between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • No walk-ins allowed.
  • If you are representing a taxpayer, bring a signed Form M-5008-R.
  • Do not call the Division's general call center to make an appointment.

Before You Go
  • No one can accompany (you may bring a translator if necessary).
  • Bring relevant documents (tax returns, schedules, W-2s, 1099s, etc.).
  • Have government-issued identification.
  • We do not accept cash.
How Can We Help
  • We can only assist you or your businesses with bills, filing tax returns, and refunds.
  • Help with business registration services.
  • Answer questions on NJ taxes.
