Taxpayers affected by the April 16 storm will have until April 26, 2007, to file their 2006 New Jersey gross income tax returns and to pay any taxes due. The deadline for State income tax returns and payments due April 17 has been extended to correspond with the additional seven days' extension for Federal income tax returns that was announced by the Internal Revenue Service. Earlier this week the filing deadline for New Jersey taxpayers affected by the April 16 storm had been extended to April 19, 2007. View more information |
