Proposal Summary:
The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights
proposes to readopt with amendments its
rules pertaining to the Display of Official
Posters of the Division on Civil Rights.
Certain amendments to the existing rules
would provide that the Division’s
posters concerning employment, housing,
and public accommodations discrimination
would be available for downloading and
printing from the agency’s Web site
or from any office of the Division. The
Division also proposes new rules requiring
employers covered by the New Jersey Family
Leave Act to display the Division’s
official Family Leave Act poster. The
Family Leave Act poster would also be
available for downloading and printing
from the agency’s Web site or from
any office of the Division. The proposed
readoption with amendments and proposed
new rules appear in the October 17, 2005
edition of the New Jersey Register.
