The New Jersey Casino Control Commission
The Commission is the panel charged with licensing New Jersey's casinos and its key employees. As a quasi-judicial panel, it also handles appeals of decisions of or penalties imposed by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. It is comprised of up to three members, appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the State Senate.
