Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Crownpoint Road-Access Road West (vicinity of Route I-295)
Certain parts of the roadway known as Crown Point Road–Access Road West (vicinity of Route I-295), located in the Township of West Deptford in Gloucester County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Crown Point Road-Access Road West described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between Delaware Street (County Route 640) and 200 feet north of Woodbury Terrace; thence
(B) Zone 2: 45 MPH between 200 feet north of Woodbury Terrace and 350 feet north of the entrance to Heatherwood Trailer Park; thence
(C) Zone 3: 35 MPH between 350 feet north of the entrance to Heatherwood Trailer Park and 800 feet north of the entrance to the Heatherwood Trailer Park; thence
(2) For the southbound direction of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between Red Bank Avenue (County Route 644) and 800 feet north of the entrance to the Heatherwood Trailer Park.
(b) The certain parts of Crown Point Road–Access Road West described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Woodbury Terrace and a point 300 feet north of the northerly curb line of the entrance to the Heatherwood Trailer Park.
