Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Frontage Roads #1 & #2 (vicinity of Route I-80)
Certain parts of the roadway known as Frontage Roads #1 & #2 (vicinity of Route I-80), located in the City of Paterson in Passaic County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Frontage Roads #1 & #2 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For the westbound direction of traffic (Frontage Road 1):
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between Beckwith Avenue 23rd Street.
(2) For the eastbound direction of traffic (Frontage Road 2):
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between Beckwith Avenue and Kentucky Avenue.
