Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Polifly Road (CR 55) (vicinity of Routes I-80 and NJ 17)
Certain parts of the roadway known as Polifly Road (County Route 55) (vicinity of Routes I-80 and NJ 17), located in the City of Hackensack in Bergen County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Polifly Road (CR 55) described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 35 MPH between the Hasbrouck Heights Borough – City of Hackensack corporate line and a point 715 feet north therefrom to the northerly curb line of the westbound ramp from Route I-80.
(b) Turning movements for the certain parts of Polifly Road (CR 55) described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
(1) No left turns:
(A) From the driveway of the 7-11 store (Block 6, Lot 98) westbound to Polifly Road (CR 55) southbound, located approximately 20 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of East Pleasant View Avenue.
(c) The certain driveways along Polifly Road (CR 55) described in this subsection are hereby designated as one way entrances/exits:
(1) One-way entrance from Polifly Road (CR 55):
(A) At the southerly driveway of the 7-11 store (Block 6, Lot 98) eastbound, located approximately 20 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of East Pleasant View Avenue.
(2) One-way exit to Polifly Road (CR 55):
(A) At the northerly driveway of the 7-11 store (Block 6, Lot 98) westbound, located approximately 20 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of East Pleasant View Avenue.
