FY 2011 Annual Obligation Reports
Overview
In cooperation with New Jersey's three Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and as required by the "Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient
Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users" of 2005 (SAFETEA-LU), the New Jersey Department of Transportation has developed a listing of projects
for which federal funds were obligated in the previous program year. These reports list federally funded projects and display the obligations received
for FY 2011. The FY 2011 Annual Listing of Obligated Projects reports are sorted by each MPO area and NJ Transit, with a separate report for statewide
line items as programmed in the FY 2010-2019 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program. Projects that received an authorization of federal funds
using program authority from a statewide line item are listed individually, where practical.
