(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 3 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Passaic County: |

i. In the City of Clifton: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over the Passaic River (approximate milepost 4.95). |

In Bergen County: |

i. In the Borough of Rutherford: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
