(a)

The certain parts of State Highway Route US 46 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Warren County:

i. In the Township of Knowlton, the Township of White, the Township of Liberty, the Township of Independence, and the Town of Hackettstown:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-029B, dated February 15, 1984.

In Morris County:

i. In the Township of Mount Olive, the Township of Washington, the Borough of Netcong, the Township of Roxbury, the Township of Mine Hill, the Borough of Wharton, the Town of Dover, the Township of Rockaway, the Borough of Rockaway, and the Township of Denville:
