The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 70 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as "no passing" zones:

1.

In Burlington County:

i. In the Township of Evesham, the Township of Medford, the Township of Southampton, the Township of Woodland, and the Township of Pemberton:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-087B dated November 5, 2009.

In Ocean County:

i. In the Township of Manchester, the Borough of Lakehurst, the Township of Toms River (formerly Dover Twp.), the Township of Lakewood, the Township of Brick, and the Borough of Point Pleasant:

No Passing Zones:

(A) As described in drawing number HNPZ-088A dated September 20, 1985.

In Monmouth County:

i. In the Borough of Brielle and the Township of Wall:
