Restricted Parking and Stopping


Route US 9

(a)

The certain parts of State Highway Route US 9 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:

1.

In Cape May County:

i. In the Township of Lower:

(1)

No stopping or standing along both sides:

(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation, except in areas covered by other parking restrictions.

ii.  In the Township of Middle:

(1)

No stopping or standing along both sides:

(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.

iii.  In the Township of Dennis:

(1)
