Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Broadway Avenue and Wallis Avenue (vicinity of Route US 1&9 Truck)
Certain parts of the roadways known as Broadway Avenue and Wallis Avenue (vicinity of Route US 1&9 Truck), located in the City of Jersey City in Hudson County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) Turning movements for the certain parts of Broadway Avenue and Wallis Avenue described in this subsection are hereby regulated as follows:
(1) No left turn for the eastbound direction of traffic:
(A) From eastbound on Broadway Avenue onto northbound on Wallis Avenue (approximate Route 1&9 Truck milepost 3.50).
