Various Regulations for Local Roads under State Jurisdiction

Cuthbert Boulevard (vicinity of Routes NJ 70 & NJ 38)
Certain parts of the roadway known as Cuthbert Boulevard (County Route 636) (vicinity of Routes NJ 70 & NJ 38), located in the Township of Cherry Hill in Camden County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the roadway is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of Cuthbert Boulevard described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 40 MPH between Park Boulevard (County Route 628) and the northernmost intersection of Hampton Road (County Route 623) (including parts coincident with County Route 623).
