The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 143 described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed: |

(A) Zone 1: 45 MPH between Egg Harbor Road (County Route 561) and 1,320 feet north of Blue Anchor Road (County Route 561) (railroad tracks) (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.25); thence |

(B) Zone 2: 40 MPH between 1,320 feet north of Egg Harbor Road (County Route 561) and 785 feet north of Center Drive (approximate mileposts 0.25 to 1.00); thence |
|
(C) Zone 3: 50 MPH between 785 feet north of Center Drive and 950 feet south of Central Avenue (approximate mileposts 1.00 to 1.93); thence |

(D) Zone 4: 40 MPH between 950 feet south of Central Avenue and Route US 30 (approximate mileposts 1.93 to 2.27). |
