As-Built Inventory Report
NJDOT maintains an inventory of Intelligent Transportation System devices. Contractors awarded projects with any ITS involvement
shall collect and determine the required information within the accuracy limits as listed in each form and shall provide ITS Engineering with
all applicable forms from the drop down menu provided below.
(All files listed in the drop down menu are below 25k.)

Note: As-Built Inventory Report must be submitted electronically, Excel or Access based listing all the parameters. One
executed, a hard copy of each form shall be submitted to the resident engineer at or prior to substantial completion of the project.
