Part 5 of the Instructions for Completing Forms notes that a Critical Path Model is required with the TP submission, while Part 5-Project Approach, Section 11, notes that a Critical Path Model is not required. Please clarify.

If a firm is submitting a proposal as a prime for TP-288, can it also serve as a subconsultant on another team?

Although it is not stated to include, can you confirm that resumes are not required for support staff?
I confirm that since only the Team Leader/Key Staff will be rated for each task, resumes for staff that supports the Team Leader should not be submitted.
Can the organizational chart be submitted in 11”x17” landscape format?
Yes.
