Question 1: On page 6 of 9 of TP-275 B Evaluation Criteria R1, the third criteria under Hydraulics and Hydrology states “Experience with NJDEP and Usage Application process”. Please confirm if “Usage” should be “USACE.”
Answer 1: It is “Experience with NJDEP and USACE Application process.”
Question 2: Regarding the Environmental Science Task Leader, can you remove the requirement for “Experience with procedures involving Shop Drawings”? This does not appear to be relevant to the Environmental Science Task Leader requirement. Shop drawings are more relevant to an engineer.
Answer 2: This requirement has been removed and a revised evaluation criteria has been posted.
Question 3: Section 11 of the Evaluation Criteria requests that a Critical Path Model be submitted. Please confirm if a detailed schedule is actually required for this Term Agreement project.
Answer 3: Section 11 has been changed to NR and Section 12 has been changed to 140. A revised evaluation criteria has been posted.
