Question 1: One of the required disciplines for this solicitation is for P-3 Pedestrian and Bicycle Facilities. Please confirm if we are required to submit a prequalification for the P-3 discipline if we are already listed on the eligible firm list.
Answer 1: If a firm is eligible as of the posting date the prequalification forms do
not need to be submitted.
Question 2: In Part 4–Team Leader/Key Staff, Section 10, a Community Involvement Team Leader is listed along with the required number of years and type of experience. However, in the preceding Section 9, a Community Involvement Team Leader is not listed, nor are any required qualifications. Please confirm that the Community Involvement Team Leader is required.
Answer 2: Yes, we want Community Involvement Team Leader for Section 10 Only
Question 3: Section 9 of the Evaluation Forms shows the Qualifications criteria for 2 Task Leaders: Data Collection and Transportation Planning. Section 10 shows the Experience criteria for 3 Task Leaders: Data Collection, Transportation Planning, and Community Involvement. Please confirm that we are to provide a resume for a Community Involvement Task Leader, but that there are no Qualifications that they have to meet.
