Question 1: The size and complexity was left blank or there were question marks. Should this be: B-1 Level B, E-3 Level B, H-1 Level B, T-1 Level A on all pages?
Answer 1: It should say B-1 Level B, E-3 Level A, H-1 Level B and T-1 Level A on all pages.
Question 2: In Part 5, Project Approach, Section 12, Construction Staging is listed twice. Should one of them be something else?
Answer 2: No. Construction Staging should only appear once. There are 5 Key Issues total.
Question 3: Under Project Manager experience on similar projects, criteria #1 states that all three (3) projects on the PM resume be completed through construction. This criteria normally states that only one (1) of the projects needs to be completed through construction. Please clarify if all three (3) projects on the resume need to be completed through construction.
Answer 3: The criteria is as stated in the solicitation.
Question 4: Under Project Manager experience on similar projects, criteria #1 states that Deputy Project Management experience cannot be applied. Does this mean that Deputy PM experience cannot be applied just for the project(s) that have gone through the entire delivery process? Or does this mean that Deputy PM experience cannot be applied for any of the projects on the PM resume?
Answer 4: Deputy PM experience cannot be applied to any of the projects.
Question 5: Can the organization chart, two extra pages of graphics, and the schedule be on 11 x 17 instead of 8 ½ x 11?
Answer 5: Yes.
Question 6: Section 10, Page 9, ITS Team Leader – Experience with ITS Architectures and Systems Engineering Process is listed twice. Can one be deleted?
Answer 6: Yes.
Question 7: Do you require Business Registration Certificates and the Iran form from our subconsultants or only the prime firm?
Answer 7: Only the prime should submit the forms with the proposal. Business registration forms are not required of the subconsultants until execution of the agreeement.
