Question 1: Is it required to name an individual from a DBE/ESBE firm in one of the scored positions on the technical proposal evaluation criteria sheet and include a resume or is it sufficient to only list the DBE/ESBE firm as part of the team?
Answer 1: Yes, it is required to name an individual and supply all necessary documentation, including resume for the scored positions.
Question 2: On the Evaluation Criteria page 1 of 6, for both Road Inspector 1 and 2, a NICET II is requested for both, however the NICET III Date is also requested. Should the date be for a NICET II first obtained?
Answer 2: Yes, it should be the date they attained the NICET II.
Question 3: Is TP-148 part of the maintenance group?
Answer 3: Yes.
Question 4: On the Evaluation Criteria page 5 of 6, if you are only looking NICET IIs, should there only be 2 years of Road Construction Experience requested?
Answer 4: On the Evaluation Criteria page 5 of 6, The additional years of experience for NICET II are 3 Years Road Construction Inspection.
